Once you're part of the BVW family, we'll set up a call to discuss the overall vision you have for your wedding day. If you need help creating a vision, we have all the tools available for you.

INFORMATION GATHERING
BVW uses the information from phase one and two to begin a timeline build with your selected venue and vendors. Since our timelines are rather lengthy, we have a call dedicated specifically to review this with our couples to make sure all important moments have been added.
Our team will manage the creation, editing, and distribution of your Master Timeline, as well as the communication with all of your vendors. We will collect and finalize all "day-of" details and organize them for all parties.
BVW is the go-to people for you and your vendors, to support a seamless and stress-free day.

When you've booked your signature plan, but have additional ideas for your big day, that's where our enhancements come in. Some examples we've done in the past are:

Outdoor & tented events are a full-blown production process. From creating custom floor plans, ensuring there is electricity and water available, our experienced team will handle it all.
We will visit the property with you, your caterer/rental company to discuss the vision for your wedding, as well as a logistics alternative for a rain plan.
