Some couples prefer our Signature Planning Experience which offers a hands-on approach to wedding planning, but with our full-plan experience, you will receive the highest level of attention, creativity, and expertise throughout the planning process and on your wedding day.

Our team will curate and maintain a Master Timeline that includes all aspects of your wedding (encompassing all vendor-specific timelines).
BVW will handle the communication with your venue and vendors, and will collect and finalize all day-of details and organize them in one, easy-to-access place for all parties.

BVW uses the information from phase one and two to begin a timeline build with your selected vendors. Since our timelines are rather lengthy, we have a call dedicated specifically to review this with our couples to make sure all important moments have been added.

Outdoor & tented events are a full-blown production process. From creating custom floor plans, ensuring there is electricity and water available, our experienced team will handle it all.
We will visit the property with you, your caterer/rental company to discuss the vision for your wedding as well as a logistics alternative for a rain plan.
